I can not agree with the previous reviews unfortunately. We bought a blanket there and wanted to return it one day after the 14-day deadline, because unfortunately it did not fit into the ambience of our apartment. It was still packed in the original paper of the Bulmenladen and provided with the original price tag. Of course she was new and unused. Nevertheless, we were rejected very unfriendly, with the remark, one can not take back the blanket, because it could be that it was already needed. If we had called to give notice before, they would have taken her back, so the statement. Who is calling in such a case in a shop ?! That's rubbish. That is absolutely outrageous. We will not be back.

After a funeral in the flower coffee .... pleasant atmosphere .... friendly and attentive service ... not pushy !!!!! clean toilets available ..... and .... Bouquets and plants can also be purchased .... Parking is available in the immediate vicinity .... fee or parking ticket.

The owner of Blumen Almond (young lady with blonde hair) still has a lot to learn about customer satisfaction! During my visit today I was more than disappointed, I loved being there every time and made the long way! But after today you have definitely lost me as a customer! It wasn't the way the lady spoke to me! I wanted to have a simple flower box made, the lady refused to do so because it would not keep in a wooden box (what I brought with me was a simple gift box) regarding wetness etc. Then I left the shop and was across from the competition, there you could go to my request without any discussion and that came out (see picture). Despite the damp sponge inside the box, everything worked perfectly! It's a shame that I just have to get rid of a negative review here, unfortunately you lost me as a customer who was happy to be there.
